ENGAGEMENT MODEL

The process begins with an onboarding session and a Statement of Work (SoW) that includes the remediation actions to be taken in both the short-term and long-term.

The remaining ongoing support is based on the SLA terms including 5/8 or 7/24 with a 1-hour or 2-hour SLA.

You will receive periodic reports regarding the changes in your environments and also the performance metrics about SLIs and SLOs.
